CVTL’s MOVEMENT PARTNERS COOPERATION MEETING
Dili, 18 May 2021– An on-line meeting is being held today in Dili with Red Cross of Timor-Leste (Cruz Vermelha de Timor-Leste – CVTL) and from around the world. The CVTL Movement Partners meeting is a coordination forum at high level management among CVTL and Movement Partners, which will support the CVTL to translate the strategic direction into program/project development.
Through this forum it is expected to have active dialogue with Movement partners on how collaboratively the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement could continue its humanitarian works in Timor-Leste through CVTL programming and services. In 2005 CVTL was recognised as the 183rd member of member of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. CVTL staff and volunteers work in all 12 municipalities, as well as RAEOA (Oecussi) in Timor-Leste.
